I started my free trial a few weeks ago and so far have to say I'm very impressed. The system is very easy to learn and set up; and yes they will help input data for you, but it's quite easy to do yourself if you don't need or want their help.
I have had multiple email and zoom conversations with them about questions on functionality or requests for changes and the response has always been quick and positive with changes made quickly if they are within reason.
I'm saving a lot of time over the software I was using.

We started using AbstractorPro in February. It is a big improvement over the last software we were using. The system is user friendly. It makes it easy to communicate with all of my WFH employees and our network. It doesn't take long to set it up and get rolling. The IT team is great to work with too and they are actively working to make it more efficient.
We were able to use it for a month before our first billing which took some of the anxiety out of the switch.
Have you had this experience - you've expanded, and you need a way to organize and track your orders efficiently. Maybe you've been using a combination of Excel and Quicken, or some other work-around, but that just won't cut it anymore. You look into the Big Software companies out there, but the cost is prohibitive - fifty-thousand-dollars???!!! That is not the price-range you were expecting. Big Software with its huge price tag also comes with tons of services you don't need because you don't need settlement and escrow software or title insurance software - you simply abstract jobs or manage a team of abstractors. Where's the software for you?!
